You have filled out the voucher form on our website and sent it to our partner, but did not receive anything? Don’t worry. This should not happen, but if it does, it was probably a glitch, and you don’t have to submit the form another time (which takes time, right?). We will try to retrieve it and send it to you another time.

Family health insurance: We are here for you

Our big plus for the most important thing in your life – free health and long-term care insurance coverage for your family. Unlike private health insurance for families, spouses or partners are also insured with your Pronova BKK without an additional premium. Whether same-sex partnerships or your patchwork family with adopted children and stepchildren: We are reliably there for you.

Requirements for all co-insured persons

In the case of family health insurance, the following applies to all dependents:

  • They have a residence in Germany and are not exempt from insurance or from compulsory insurance.
  • You are not a member of a health insurance fund yourself.
  • They are not self-employed on a full-time basis.
  • You have a regular total income of max. 485 € per month.
  • You exercise a mini-job (marginal employment) with a remuneration up to the marginal income limit.
  • Your own total income does not exceed the permissible income limits.
